• The Valley Times is composed on a Mac using the programs InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator CS3.

• If you have a PC, please save your ad as a 300dpi PDF file with art and fonts embedded.

• Black and white camera ready ads can be emailed to valleytimes@comcast.net, supplied on a CD or we can create an eye-catching ad for you.

• The deadline for ads is the 15th of the month prior to publication.


Billing Terms

• Monthly invoices are due Net 30 days after invoice date. Unpaid balances will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

• Should an account become 90 days overdue, The Valley Times has the right to discontinue further advertising and make rate adjustments based on the number of months completed on the contract. Advertisers agree to pay court costs, interest, and other charges incurred in an attempt to collect invoices over 90 days past due.
